E-Cube is going to introduce in the academic year 2019-2020, the first issue of the composite indicator E-fi. The Eco-friendliness index targets in assessing the environmental performance of the EU-28 countries using variables and sub-indexes with direct environmental content. EFI’s framework will been designed in order to fulfill the criteria of relevance, uniformity, continuity and validity.
